Rated 2 out of 5 by from Destroyed in weeks.Great first 2 weeks. Great fit, excellent walk mode. Then a constant wet right foot. Duck taped gromet each day to herlp prevent this. Sole disintegrates and plastic dents very easy. I was offered a replacement but they ran out of my size in Canada last season. Now its the new seadon and im in Japan, so they wont ship them. A lot of money for a boot that didnt last a season. A pity. Super stoked Lange rep offered to replace, however gutted that this couldnt happen now i was doing a season in Japan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent BootThis boot was recommended to me by other members of the ski patrol who said "this is the best ski boot I've ever had". I am totally satisfied. After molding the liners it took only a couple of days to get the comfy fit required for 8-10 hr patrol days. Feels solid and has great power transmission to drive big stiff skis. Buckles are solid. Range of walk mode is not as great as the "elf shoe" touring boots but it totally sufficient for touring, bootpacking and patrolling. So many people on patrol are wearing this boot, that we are being called the "green boot crew".

Rated 1 out of 5 by from USE ONLY WITH "PIN" BINDINGSVery comfortable boot. I use this boot with marker tour 2017/18 and the I chewed the tip and the heel after only 5 days. The next year it will be unusable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, lightweight hybrid boots.I bought a pair in Whistler this year at McCoos thanks to George McConkey. I have been skiing with a pair of alpine Noridc's for years which were good. However, the Lange XT 130 are lightweight, extremely comfortable, easy to use and flick to walk. Making them genuinely an all round boot. Gone are the days of clunky walking post skiing. The difference was enormous and I still have yet to try them touring. Excellent!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Size chart doesn’t fit to every feet :(As the boots are only 26.5, 27.5, 28.5 and so on, impossible to find the correct boot for me (have 28.0). Even with the inner boot size 28, size 27.5 is too small and 28.5 too large! The concept is great, realization not for everybody...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 out of 5!Remarkable Ski Boot, perfect fit (27.5), 130 Flex is nearly as stiff as a Race Boot, Quality is good (cant image how to handle the boot that he gets damaged like in the othet reviews), when youll need a boot that handle off and on piste in a great way, buy it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lange Xt freetour 130I just bought these this week. I haven’t had a chance to ski in them yet as the season hasn’t really started, so this is more of a box opening review. Right out of the box they are a really loud green, but I love it. The features are top notch, and the build quality is second to none(which I would expect on an $800 boot). Everything looks and feels solid, and almost every part of the boot is easily removable and replaceable. I have been putting them on and walking around/working out in them to try and get a good heat mold from body temperature and get my feet used to them. They have a really snug fit(mine are 27.5, normal volume)and feel like they will have incredible power transmission once I get on some skis. Overall, I think they are technically the best boot on the market. They are more of a race boot trying to be a touring boot, and they do that very well. I compared these to the dalbello lupo 130c and ended up keeping these. The dalbello boots seem more suited to a person who might spend 50% of their time hiking, and 50% at a resort. The Lange boots are more of a 70/30 split, leaning more toward high performance on piste skiing. Overall all, I chose these for their superior quality and ease of operation. At 130 flew, they are VERY stiff boots. At 6’ 205lbs, I like that. I’m only giving them a 4/5 because I haven’t skied them yet. I will try to remember to update this after a few weeks breaking them in.

What soles are on the latest model of XT 130 Freetour Green boots? Is that a WTR or a ISO 9523 touring sole?

Asked by: jwilihelm3
Hi, The XT 130 Freetours have a WTR sole. We would recommend going into an authorized Lange dealer to get your hands on this pair of boots. You can find a dealer located near you by using our store finder at the link below: http://storefinder.lange-boots.com/ Enjoy Skiing! The Lange Team!
